Job Summary:
The Territory Manager specialized in appointing agents and expanding the agency network to sell insurance
products Include recruiting new POS partners, nurturing relationships with existing ones, and collaborating
internally to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Management: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) focused on retail, health, and commercial vehicle insurance products. Responsibilities include recruitment, training, performance management, and professional development.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets and increasing market share across retail, health, and commercial vehicle insurance segments.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Insurance Sales: A minimum of 06-10 years of experience in general insurance products, with a focus on retail insurance and agency recruitment.(Health, Motor & Life)
