We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Cum Project Manager with minimum 8 to 10 years of experience candidate to oversee and manage our organization’s projects while analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities, and developing strategies to improve our organization’s overall performance. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns and develop insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions.
• Collect business requirements from stakeholders and develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource requirements.
• Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support.
• Ensure that project objectives and deliverables are clearly defined and met.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Establish Agile project methodology in the organization
• Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
• Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure that project teams adhere to project management best practices, methodologies, and standards.
• Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting project costs.
• Facilitate project meetings, including status updates, risk reviews, and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, project plans, and status reports.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business Administration, or related field.
• Preferable certifications: IIBA, PMP, PRINCE2,
• Familiarity with project management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, and Asana.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• At least two full life cycle project management and full life cycle business analysis experience is expected.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate project teams, including remote and distributed teams.
• Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
