Job Summary:
Relationship Manager specializing in Agency Recruitment is vital for expanding the agency network to sell
insurance products. Include recruiting new agency partners, nurturing relationships with existing ones, and
collaborating internally to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategy: Create a targeted recruitment plan to attract potential agency partners interested in selling insurance products.
- Prospective Partner Identification: Identify potential agency candidates through networking, referrals, industry events, and online platforms.
- Updates & Reviews: Provide daily and weekly updates, along with monthly reviews, to the Point of Sale (POS) team to track recruitment progress and goals.
- Engage Potential Partners: Initiate contact with potential agency partners, conduct introductory meetings, and clearly present the value proposition of partnering with the insurance company.
- Onboarding Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding for new agency partners, including coordinating training, licensing, and system setup.
- Relationship Management: Resolve any issues or concerns raised by agency partners in a timely and professional manner to maintain positive and productive relationships.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic sessions with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve agency recruitment, retention, and overall business performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Insurance Sales: Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in selling insurance products, with a focus on retail and commercial vehicle insurance sectors.(Like Health, Motor & Life)
- Agency Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in recruiting and managing insurance agencies or agents.
- Strong Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various insurance products, sales processes, and the operational dynamics of insurance agencies.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with potential and current agency partners. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills are essential for successful interactions.
- Self-Motivated & Team-Oriented: Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to Travel: The role may require travel to meet with potential agency partners and provide support to existing ones as needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduation or post-graduation in a relevant field.
- 3-6 years of experience in insurance products and agency recruitment, especially in retail and commercial vehicle insurance sectors.
Compesnsation
CTC up to 6L with other company benefits.
